Return & Exchange Policy

Product returns or exchanges are a right for all our customers and apply to all products offered in our store.

All products in our store are subject to the return and refund policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition as purchased and packaged in its original packaging.

Returns must be requested within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Please contact us through the Contact Us page or via our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

Please take a photo of the product and send it to us along with your city, address, and order number so that it can be replaced in case the product is damaged, defective, or not as agreed.

A full refund will be issued to the customer if the product received is completely different from the one presented on our website.

We are not responsible for the customer's expectations of product usage that are not mentioned on the product page on our website.

A deduction of 30% or a minimum of 2 usd will be applied if the customer no longer wants the product and it has no defect or reported issue.
